The Diamond pattern bar creates diamond or X pattern automatically as you weave. Based on 2/2 twill.
NOTE: This bar pairs with both versions of the Boss loom — the metal one and the cherrywood one.
Create beautiful patterns with one or more weft colors, simply by passing the needle through the shed in the same way as weaving plain weave. This pattern bar does the hard work for you so you can be creative!
 
When you rotate the pattern bar after each row, it creates a woven pattern that reverses when you reverse the rotation of the bar. Simply by changing directions, you can create infinite variations on the central motif.
 
SPECIAL NOTE! Like all our pattern bars besides plain weave, DIAMOND uses a floating selvedge at the beginning and end of each row. This is a neat feature, a half-height warp thread that makes sure you always capture the last warp thread in a row and have a tidy edge.   See instructional videos for further information.
