Especially useful for weavers who warp alone. It allows for the option of putting on more or less drag depending on the type of warp and the requirements. Note: The Tensioning Device is designed for weavers who prefer to warp from front to back. If you want perfect warp tension every time, this is the tool for you. These are available to custom fit any of our standard looms.
 
Once the warp in on the tensioning device is closed, the dowels (rods) are fixed nicely and tightly into place by the closure.
