Lleyn has a Lofty texture with natural elasticity and the following characteristics.

🧶 Staple length: 6–12 cm (2.5–5 inches)
🎨 Clean creamy-white fleece perfect for dyeing
💪 Durable enough for sweaters, socks, weaving, and felting

Our Lleyn fleece is fully skirted and carefully sorted — not sold as whole fleeces — making it easier to work with straight away. With minimal VM (vegetable matter), it’s a fantastic choice for spinners and fibre artists looking for a clean, reliable prep. 🤍
Its defined crimp traps air beautifully, creating lightweight yarns with plenty of bounce and resilience for everyday wear.
