Wonky Weaver™ Aluminium Acetate - Mordant for Dyeing
 
Aluminium acetate is a mordant for use with natural dyes when dyeing cotton or other cellulosic materials such as bamboo, helping enhance the take-up of the dye for enriched colouration, and improved light fastness.  It is usual to use 5-10% Aluminium acetate per 100g of fibre/fabric.
