Wonky Weaver™ Soda Ash - Dye Fixer
For Use with Fibre Reactive Procion MX & Natural Dyes such as Indigo VAT dyeing.
Soda ash is essential for when using procion mx dyes as it creates the environment to diffuse the dyes into the fabric, and help fix. For indigo and woad dye vats, soda ash is used to control the pH for alkaline conditions necessary for indigo to work.
Contents: 99.6% Pure technical grade Sodium Carbonate Light Fine Powder
Directions: see instructions provided with dye or on our website under yarn and fabric “Dyeing methods” for use of this Dye Fixer.
WARNING: May be harmful if swallowed or inhaled. Causes irritation to the eyes.
Avoid contact with eyes. Wear eye protection when handling. Do not ingest or inhale. If in contact with eyes occurs flush with plenty of water. Remove contact lenses if worn and continue rinsing. If swallowed, give water or milk. Seek medical assistance immediately if in contact with eyes, inhaled or ingested.
